Ryan 'Irieyes' Kandell

 Ryan is the founder of Mindful Massive. His current role with the Massive is running site operations teams for events, L.E.D tech for the stage builds, advancing, and representation. His vision of Mindful Massive has conintuously evolved, as he continues to lead our crew to new and exciting endeavors. Besides his work with Mindful Massive, he also works with Lucidity Festival, Envision Festival, Symbiosis Gathering, The Pier Group, Enchanted Forest, Re:evolution Booking. Ryan also produces music under the moniker "Irieyes".
