Phil 'Harmonic' Dougar

Philly is a production wizard of Mindful Massive. His current role with the Massive is working on-site operations teams, tech, stage build crew, stage management, sound management, and overall problem solving. He has been with Mindful Massive since very early on and is still an integral part of our team. Besides his work with Mindful Massive, he also works with Soulstice Sound and plays music under the moniker "Phil Harmonic".
